Especially if you:
- Have a lot of low bit-rate songs you want to convert to high bit rate for free (this is seriously an underrated feature of iTunes Match.)
- Use two different computers day-to-day.
I’ve been struggling with syncing music between my laptop and my desktop. I like to work on my desktop and that includes collecting music for DJing and sorting it into playlists. But putting that music over to iTunes/Serato on my laptop was always a pain. Now my playlists sync and I can just download any new song from Apple’s servers straight into iTunes. Also, nice to know my music library doesn’t go away now if I have a hard drive crash. It doesn’t hurt that the 256 m4as are smaller in size and IMO sound just as good/better than 320kbps mp3s.
